Kyle did such a great job at helping my husband and I buy a house. Going into this process, we knew virtually nothing about anything to do with real estate, and Kyle was able to catch us up to speed and provide us with all the resources we needed to have an easy buying experience. He helped us with finding our mortgage lender, our inspectors, repair people, etc. and was extremely attentive and available to us at any point we needed him. He was present for all inspections, never left any questions unanswered, and always on time and prepared. He's also super knowledgeable about homes and repairs in general, and there was never a point where I doubted him or felt like we weren't getting what we needed. He ended up helping us find the perfect starter home below our initial budge, plus $15k off the asking price and negotiated $13k back in sellers credits. If you are looking for an experience that is professional, easy going, fast, and reliable, then Kyle McGregor is the guy you want to reach out to. I reached out to Kyle looking for help finding a new place to live. He made the experience really wonderful and effortless. He was instantly able to find several options in neighborhoods I was looking for. Whenever I would reach out with questions or concerns he was extremely responsive. After selecting a few options he made the appointments to visit the locations. When meeting up for our appointments he was always on time, professional, and made it very enjoyable. One of my favorite aspects of working with Kyle was while visiting several locations you would always be shown the location by a friendly face that you have a report with and has your needs in mind. Most importantly, Kyle posses insider knowledge of the process and that was invaluable to me. Once I picked a place, he was able to assist me with all the paper work and bureaucratic details that needed to be done. After that it seemed like everything was done at the snap of some fingers. Kyle reviewed the contract and any of it's stipulations. Once he made sure it was ready he sent it over to me for review.
